The Adult Book Discussion Group began in March 1998. It is now a good-sized group, seeing new faces just about every month, and welcomes anyone who wants to join in. Book selections vary; the group tries to switch around to keep it interesting and to broaden our horizons. They’ve read fiction and non-fiction, light stories and dark, popular titles and little-known ones.
The group meets year-round, the third Thursday of the month, from 7:00-8:30p.m. The library keeps extra copies of the upcoming book to check out at the Adult Circulation Desk, so if you’re interested in joining our discussion, just ask at the desk for a copy of the Adult Book Discussion Group book, or talk to Carol at the Reference Desk.
